mbi360 Banking — Deposits, Withdrawals and Account Verification
Your mbi360 account banking page covers every money movement you need: adding funds, sending a withdrawal back to your wallet, and completing the identity check that keeps your account secure. We support DuitNow, FPX, and GrabPay as the payment rails available to eligible members in Malaysia, where local law permits. Each method sits inside your account under the Banking tab — no separate app, no redirects to a third-party portal. Before you make your first deposit, it helps to know which section handles which job: the Deposit section walks you through funding your balance, Withdrawal covers sending money back out, and the KYC section explains what documents we ask for and why. Transaction records appear in Account History the moment a payment is processed, giving you a reference number you can match against your bank or e-wallet statement. Start with the section that fits what you need right now.
Putting money into your mbi360 balance starts from the Banking tab inside your account dashboard — you do not need to leave the platform or open a separate window. We route deposits through DuitNow, FPX, and GrabPay, so the transfer moves directly between your bank or e-wallet and your mbi360 wallet. Choose the method that matches where your money sits: DuitNow works well if you want to push from your bank app using a registered phone number or account number; FPX connects directly to your online banking login; GrabPay draws from your GrabPay wallet balance. Enter the amount you want to add, review the details shown on the confirmation screen, and approve the transfer in your bank app or e-wallet. Once the payment clears, your mbi360 balance updates and you will see the transaction entry in Account History with a reference number. Do not close the browser tab until the confirmation screen appears, as this helps us match your payment automatically.
Open the Banking Tab
Log in to your mbi360 account and select the Banking tab from the main menu. The deposit section is the first option shown.
Choose Your Payment Method
Select DuitNow, FPX, or GrabPay. Each method shows the fields relevant to it — account number for DuitNow, bank selection for FPX, or wallet confirmation for GrabPay.
Enter the Amount and Confirm
Key in the deposit amount, review the summary screen, then approve the payment inside your bank app or GrabPay wallet as prompted.
Check Your Updated Balance
Your mbi360 balance reflects the deposit once the transfer clears. The entry appears in Account History with a reference ID you can keep for your records.
SEND MONEY OUT
Withdraw From Your mbi360 Wallet
When you are ready to move funds out of your mbi360 wallet, open the Banking tab and head to the Withdrawal section. The payout routes available to you depend on which methods are linked to your verified account — DuitNow, FPX, and GrabPay are the supported rails for eligible members in Malaysia. We do not publish fixed processing times because transfer speed depends on your bank or e-wallet provider, but you can track the status of any withdrawal request directly in Account History. Before submitting a withdrawal, confirm that the destination account or wallet belongs to you — we match the name on the withdrawal against the details on your verified mbi360 account, and mismatches will hold the request for a manual review.
Open Withdrawal in Banking Tab
From the Banking tab, select Withdrawal. The screen shows the payout methods currently linked to your verified account.
Select a Payout Method and Amount
Choose DuitNow, FPX, or GrabPay, then enter the amount you want to withdraw. The available balance is shown above the amount field.
Complete the Verification Step
Confirm your identity as prompted — this may be a one-time PIN sent to your registered number or a biometric check on your device, depending on your account settings.
Save Your Reference Number
Once submitted, copy or screenshot the withdrawal reference number shown on the confirmation screen. Use it to track status in Account History or contact support if needed.
VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY
Complete Your mbi360 Account Verification
Identity verification on your mbi360 account is a one-time process that unlocks full access to withdrawals and higher transaction limits. We ask for a government-issued photo ID — a Malaysian MyKad is the standard document — along with a selfie taken at the time of submission so we can confirm the ID belongs to you. The verification check is there to protect your account: it ensures that nobody else can request a withdrawal using your balance. Upload your documents through the Verification section inside Account Settings. The review happens on our end; you will receive an in-account notification and an email to your registered address once the status changes. If we need a clearer image, you will see a prompt explaining exactly what to resubmit. Accounts with pending verification can still deposit and explore the lobby, but withdrawals are held until the check is complete.
Open Account Settings — Verification
Navigate to Account Settings and select the Verification tab. The page shows which documents are still required and which have already been accepted.
Upload Your MyKad or Passport
Take a clear photo of your government-issued ID showing all four corners. Both sides of a MyKad are required; a passport needs the photo-page only.
Submit a Live Selfie
Follow the on-screen prompt to capture a selfie. Hold your ID beside your face as shown in the guide image on that screen.
Wait for the Status Notification
We review the submission and send an in-account notification and email when the status updates. Approved accounts can withdraw immediately after confirmation.
PAYMENT METHODS
Supported Payment Methods on mbi360
Your mbi360 account connects to the local payment rails that Malaysian members use every day. All three methods are available inside the Banking tab for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to your account verification status and local eligibility.
DuitNow
Transfer directly from your bank account using a registered phone number or Malaysian account number. Available through most major Malaysian banks that support DuitNow.
FPX
Log in through your bank's online banking portal via FPX. Select your bank from the list shown, authenticate as you normally would, and the amount is transferred immediately.
GrabPay
Use your GrabPay e-wallet balance to fund your mbi360 account or receive a withdrawal back to GrabPay. Confirm the transaction inside the GrabPay app when prompted.
TRANSACTION HISTORY
Match Your Wallet Statement to Account Records
Every payment that moves through your mbi360 account — deposit or withdrawal — generates an entry in Account History with a unique reference number. Use that number to reconcile your bank or e-wallet statement against what shows in your account, so you always have a clear paper trail if a query comes up.
Reference Numbers
Each transaction in Account History carries a unique reference ID. This ID appears on both the mbi360 confirmation screen and on your bank or GrabPay statement, making it the fastest way to match the two records.
Status Labels
Entries show one of three statuses: Pending, Completed, or Declined. Pending means the transfer is still being processed by your bank or e-wallet; Completed means funds have moved; Declined means the transfer did not go through and your balance was not affected.
Account History Access
Open Account History from the main account menu. You can filter by date range, transaction type (deposit or withdrawal), and payment method to narrow down a specific entry quickly.
Evidence to Keep
Screenshot or download your Account History entry alongside the corresponding notification from your bank app or GrabPay. Having both records side by side is the most effective way to resolve a disputed transaction with our support team.
ACCOUNT SECURITY
How We Protect Your mbi360 Transactions
Security on your mbi360 account works at several layers — from the connection you use to reach us, through the identity check on your account, to the wallet-ownership confirmation we run before releasing a withdrawal. Here is what each layer covers and what you can do to stay protected.
Domain Verification
Always access your account through mbi360. Check the address bar before you log in — a padlock and the correct domain confirm you are on our platform. Bookmark the address to avoid phishing links shared on third-party channels.
Identity Verification Layer
The KYC check we run links your mbi360 account to a real, verified identity. This means a withdrawal can only be sent to a method that matches the name on your account — an extra barrier against unauthorised access.
Wallet Ownership Confirmation
We match the name and account details on every withdrawal destination against your verified profile. Any mismatch pauses the request for a manual review rather than letting it proceed automatically.
Support Contact Path
If you see a transaction in Account History that you did not initiate, contact our support team immediately using the Help link inside your account. Have your reference number ready. Our team can place a hold on outgoing transactions while your report is reviewed.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Your mbi360 Banking Questions Answered
These are the questions our members ask most often about deposits, withdrawals, and account verification. If your question is not covered here, reach our support team through the Help link inside your account.
Which payment methods can I use to deposit into my mbi360 account?
DuitNow, FPX, and GrabPay are the supported deposit methods for eligible members in Malaysia. All three appear in the Banking tab after you log in. Availability depends on your local eligibility and the current status of your account verification.
How do I check whether my deposit has reached my mbi360 balance?
Open Account History from your account menu. Every completed deposit appears there with a reference number and a Completed status. If the status still shows Pending, the transfer is still being processed on your bank or e-wallet's end.
Why is my withdrawal request not going through?
The most common reasons are an incomplete identity verification, a mismatch between the withdrawal destination name and your verified account details, or an account balance below the minimum withdrawal amount shown on the withdrawal screen. Check Account Settings for your verification status first.
What documents do I need to verify my mbi360 account?
A Malaysian MyKad — both sides — is the standard requirement, along with a live selfie taken at the time of submission. If you hold a passport instead, the photo-page is sufficient. Upload both through the Verification tab in Account Settings.
What should I do if a transaction is delayed or missing from Account History?
Copy the reference number from your bank app or GrabPay notification and check it against Account History. If there is no matching entry after a reasonable time, contact support through the Help link in your account and share the reference number and a screenshot of your bank record.
Can I use a different name on my withdrawal account than the one on my mbi360 profile?
No. We match the name on every withdrawal destination against your verified mbi360 profile. If the names do not match, the withdrawal is held for manual review. Update your verified details through Account Settings or contact support to resolve the mismatch.
